Founder background and core team composition 0-25

Excellent:The founder and core team members must have a master s degree or above. The members of the team have personal patent technology and management/R D experience in large enterprises. The capabilities of the core team members are complementary, and the team division is reasonable.

Good:The core members of the project have rich industry experience, a strong technology and management team, and a reasonable division of labor

Average: The talent team division is uneven, still needs to be strengthened.

Project marketability 0-25

Excellent: The project has achieved scale or has a clear route to achieve scale. The targeting market has bright prospects, large capacity and urgent market demand
